John is an undergraduate who grew up in St. Louis, Albuquerque, and Pittsburgh before moving to Seattle to study atmospheric science. His roles in the lab include conducting fieldwork, processing and managing streamflow data, and studying cold air pooling. Outside of the lab, he loves learning about Earth systems modeling, surface-atmosphere interactions, and global climate patterns. After graduating, he plans to studying climate science in graduate school.
